- Whether the issue involved check-ins, SOS, Safety Timer, Care Circle, account deletion, or notification delivery.

Privacy
Please do not include real emergency contact phone numbers, public response tokens, PINs, or precise home addresses in support messages unless specifically requested for a controlled investigation.
